Anyone who has had a pipe let go at 11pm knows the drill: a dozen search results, half of them directories, the other half numbers that ring out. Meanwhile the water keeps running.
We built ServiceMasterHub to collapse that search into a single phone call. You describe the problem to a person, and we route you to an independent plumbing company that works in your area and handles that kind of job. From there, you deal with them directly — their tech, their quote, their schedule, their warranty.
How we choose who we work with
We work only with plumbing companies that can provide valid licensing and insurance information for the areas they serve, and we remove companies from our network when we receive credible, repeated complaints about them.
We want to be honest about the limit of that: we do not re-verify a contractor’s license and insurance status on every individual call, and we cannot guarantee it on your behalf. Before you authorize work, ask for the license number and a certificate of insurance, and confirm both with your state or local licensing board. Any reputable professional will expect that question.
How we make money
Calling us is free for homeowners. We may receive a referral commission from the plumbing company we connect you with. That is our entire business model, and we would rather you know it up front than find out later.

We are not a licensed plumbing contractor
ServiceMasterHub is a lead-generation and referral service that connects homeowners with independent local plumbing companies. We do not employ plumbers, own tools or trucks, or perform, supervise, or guarantee any plumbing work. Every job is carried out by the independent company you are connected with, under an agreement between you and them.
